we carry ourselves according to these beliefs

We believe in God the Father, God the Son, and God the Holy Spirit.  

We believe that all people sin and fall short of the glory of God, but that God sent his son Jesus, incarnate through virgin birth, to pay the penalty for sin and to restore us to right relationship with Him.  We believe that Jesus was crucified, died, and was raised again on the third day.

We believe that when believers are baptized into Christ, they are forgiven of sin and saved by grace alone through faith; and receive the gift of the Holy Spirit, who makes it possible for us to grow more and more like Christ; and to bear fruit.

We believe the Bible is the inspired Word of God, and is absolutely authoritative in how we live and worship.

We believe that our pattern for church organization and worship is based on both the commands of scripture and also the examples we see in the early church as revealed in scripture, which is why we take communion weekly, baptize by immersion, sing a cappella, and are an independent congregation led by shepherds
