Summerville Kids Ministry

During the sermon portion of our Sunday morning worship, all K5 through 5th Grade are invited to participate in the Children’s Station, with teaching and activities geared toward enhancing their learning experience. Pre-K and Nursery classes are also available during worship.

Each month we focus on a different theme that empowers our kids in their relationship with God and each other; building their faith and confidence to share with others; grow in their journey into, and as, young Christians.

Our theme for December 2024 is:

CHRISTMAS - CELEBRATING JESUS, GOD’S GREATEST GIFT

Have you ever stopped to listen to a group of carolers and then joined them to spread some more Christmas cheer? Music is such a big part of Christmas, but it’s not the main reason we celebrate. This December, we’re singing loudly as we celebrate Jesus, God’s greatest gift! Because of Jesus, we can have a relationship with God that will last forever. As we get in the mix this Christmas season, let’s take time to remember the reason we celebrate in the first place: Jesus, the greatest gift the world has ever known.
